2024 Short-Term Camping Rates

  • Reservations are accepted for customers age 21 and over only.
  • ALL reservations for a single night stay must be paid in advance.
  • Rates are based on 2 adults and 2 children (under 17 years old) or a maximum of 4 adults per site.
  • Additional persons staying on same site/unit will be required to pay additional fees.
  • A deposit equal to 50% of your total reservation amount must be paid when making reservations.Please see our refund policy at the bottom of this page.
  • The remaining account balance must be paid prior to or upon arrival for your stay.

    Visitor & Additional Guest Fees

  • All visitors must register upon arrival.
  • Visitor tags must be displayed in vehicle at all times.
  • Day visitors must check out and leave campground by 10:00pm.

    Refund Policy
    (Short-term reservations)

    If you cancel your reservation at least 14 days before your scheduled arrival date, your deposit will be refunded minus a 10% processing fee. Deposits for reservations cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable, but will be held on your account and can be used toward a future stay within one year. Deposits for reservations that are "No-Show" are forfeited.

    Unfortunately, we cannot refund your money if you depart earlier than scheduled or for inclement weather.

  • Seasonal agreements run October 1st thru September 30th of the following year.
  • Seasonal fees include your campsite, water, sewer, basic cable TV.
  • WiFi hot spots are available in several areas.
  • Expanded cable TV and private internet service is available from our cable provider.
  • Electricity is metered and billed separately.
  • Seasonals with UNREGISTERED campers are subject to property tax by the Town of Holderness. Sites are assessed annually by the Town Assessor and billed directly to the camper's home address.
  • Seasonal campers must maintain insurance on thier camping unit.
